[After some thought, it's occurred to them that this is something worth talking about with the rest of their tangled mess of a team.]

A question for those of you who've listened to the kidnapped parties sing: did you notice anything strange about how you felt, whether physically or emotionally?

Your own misery or complicated feelings at your loved ones being kidnapped and used as performing monkeys not counting. I'm talking about something else.

[It took her a long time to figure out any of the supplies she'd be given. She hadn't bothered to grab food or drink, but she couldn't resist looking over the other items. It was, well, interesting. Seeing her face on that tiny card. She wasn't particularly fond of the clothes, but rules were rules and she had to obey the rules the Masked Men gave. They seemed to be in charge of this world.

Eventually, she's forced to experiment with the communicator after several days of wandering. This leads to incomprehensible text messages that look like someone pounded on the letters, followed soon after by voice messages with only the sound of background noises and breathing.

Only after seeing several other messages does she grasp the basics.

[Several days after the rescuers go their separate ways, a message comes across the communicators. It's a quiet, even voice that may be familiar to the few he's spoken with. Of course, this is Kuroko, so it's entirely possible they've forgotten him. Either way...]

I've found a job. I'm still in need of somewhere to stay, however.

[And, almost as an afterthought.]

I have a dog. But he's very well behaved. We would appreciate any help that could be offered.

[A tiny bark corroborates this statement.]
