The awards ceremony certainly had its moments of shocking behavior (Ms. Santiago's ending act, for one), but we've uncovered the even more shocking behavior of Tiger Universe, the keyboardist of System Crash, who assaulted several individuals over the course of the evening - including in this telling pic of him shoving music doctor Garnet Gneiss, of Cosmic Indulgence.
"He was mad because he didn't win anything," said one source close to the singer. "I told him, Tiger, you've only just hit the big time with your new band, but he just threw a tantrum when I brought it up and said I just didn't 'get' it because I wasn't the kind of star he is. He just gets worse and worse with all the fame - its getting to a point where he's uncontrollable!"
"He was yelling at several people from other bands over the course of the evening, and picking fights during the night," a security source at the party confirmed. "At one point he ended up in the bathroom, because someone actually threw a punch at him. Luci (Lucifer of Junkyard Carnival) had to meet him in the bathroom to put makeup on him, to cover the bruise he was forming. He was pretty condescending about it, too.
"Later he started picking a fight with Garnet because she just happened to be walking by," the source continued. "He was looking for a fight when the ceremony was wrapping up. Garnet was trying to reason with him, and he just shoved her away. She couldn't believe it - well, neither could I!"
Another incident with the burgeoning bad boy included throwing the iPhone of Junkyard Carnival's Wakana Sonozaki into a glass of water. Police are investigating this as a possible assault case, though its unlikely it will see court due to the disinterest of the highers up at Pride in pursuing the matter legally. In fact, as one Pride insider put it, "its just a phone. The Wak (the nickname she's been given by Pride insiders) can get another one easily."
Its speculated that this matter will be settled in-house, as many in-company band disputes are in the Pride and other like labels, and that further action on these matters will be otherwise confidential. When asked about the incident and why it happened, Garnet Gneiss responded that it was "none of our business" and would have no further comment on the matter. Tiger Universe did not respond at all to numerous inquiries.
