I know how to mop and clean tables. Sometimes they make me do dishes.

I told them I was 13. You have to be maybe 16 to get a job at home but I guess it's different here.

No. There was one place that said I was too short to do stock, but they still thought I was 13.

Some people are just short.

I guess. This place is different than most.

[She's seen 15 year olds at bars. She isn't sure how to feel about that. Even in Roanapur you had to get good fake ID and look old enough for that.]

Yeah. I think they let kids do a lot of things they wouldn't do at home. No one really cares if I walk around without an adult.
