I am not. But I am also telling you we found ourselves missing pieces of ourselves which we apparently had to chase down in the form of blue wisps that carried memories.

Very difficult to believe.

What do you know of mythology?

I know about some of the classics like Zeus and Athena and stuff? and a few more obscure ones but it's not a topic I'm exactly versed in either.

Have you -- seen anything strange? As if you remembered something, even knowing that it is impossible for you to have such a memory?

well the whole thing about the bells probably qualifies as such. I've never felt any of that but it certainly seemed like a memory of something I should have felt at some point or another

I was in love. Or, I think that's what it was. I was in love with someone and we were together and it was bright and there were bells. but I couldn't see a face and everytime I try to think about it again it hurts

[There's an incredibly long pause there, mostly because she's staring at those words, trying to remember but doing so only hurts more.]

it could be anything, the only thing I can get back is that feeling of love and like I've lost them for good.

The people over here have been very certain they had children. I wonder if this is somehow common, if that is a thread that connects everything. But they had no questions about it. They treated it as fact.

I can at least assure you that you are not alone. Whatever this sickness is, it has spread widely.

I know some of the people on my end have the same visions but they're definitely not about kids.

Oh, that is not the same thing. This is just something I imagined, and the image stuck with me. No sickness is involved.

Kneeling before the throne of Asgard, with Odin the All-Father looking down on me. A very strange image to have, don't you think?

It sounds cool! ... probably kind of intimidating to experience, though. and you're sure that wasn't a memory? Maybe you were a god in a past life!

Then I take serious issue with my reincarnation, if I went from that to this. How could I REMEMBER something so obviously fantastic?

I mean, I guess I'd feel some kind of way too if I used to be an epic god that knew Odin but ... I don't know. It could have just been a dream or something your brain just picked up

I have been reading a few novels closer to the fantasy side of fiction than our usual spacefaring lyrics. No doubt that is where it came from.
