I can't speak for anything in the bigger picture; it's all pretty well out of my hands. Trust me though, the setbacks will smooth over before long. We're not going anywhere.

Things are pretty hectic right now, so I don't get the time to sit down and have a full meal three times a day or anything, but there's dieticians to make sure I keep my energy up. Don't worry, I'm well fed.

There's no secret, just a lot of dedication and saving money on barbers. I wash it a couple times a week with Fulsome. (Swear it's not a brand deal! I'm just a money saver at heart.) I think I've given the stylists a few nervous breakdowns from trying to comb it.

If I had to peg down the key factor, it's perseverance. When people said I had no talent, and that I was a dreamer, I kept going. When no one came to my concerts, I kept playing. It took years of disappointment and rejection to get where I am. No matter what's come my way, keeping my eye on the prize has let me move forward through it all.

Venues are always looking for volunteers to help with events. People underestimate how close a little manual labor or technical skill can get them!

Past that, I think KROK is having call-in contests for passes. Lower success rate but easier on the muscles.
