A Darker Kind of Love

The music world wasn't at all shocked or astounded by the latest Celebrity hookup. In fact, we at the Enquirer were taking bets as to how long it would be before the two Bad Boys of Pride started bumping uglies. None of us believed it when Xanxus of Junkyard Carnival said he wasn't actually after Surperbia Squalo of MANTICORE. With the sizzling hot chemistry we've witnessed whenever they stand next to each other at a microphone it was only a matter of time. With the initial time they sung together, we all knew that is was inevitable that the cello player would eventually bite off more than he could chew and that the bassist would be adding yet another conquest onto his list. In fact, it was during Squalo's birthday bar crawl that they finally came together.

Xanxus has been seen going to MANTICORE concerts and during the Fairy Trials taping, they were witnessed far too close together, whispering sexy words to one another in a secret language they seem to have made up just for the two of them. It might actually be love this time. At least for Squalo. As evident of the Fairy Trials taping, Xanxus is still stringing along the likes of Ryouta Kise.

Which makes this reporter curious as to how serious Xanxus is about any of this. We have seen and followed many of his flings. His list of bedmates has become quite a list of who's who in the music industry. There are even rumors that he's been sleeping with members of his own band and with many others, including his own manager. Camila Santoya declined to comment for this piece of journalism and her silence speaks loud and clear. She is yet another body that has been corrupted by Xanxus. One might even think that Xanxus is trying to sleep his way to the top of the charts.

And what of his previous lovers? What about Ryouta Kise, with whom he shared a kiss on national television? And what of Aramat, whom we have seen sparks with? When we showed the two of them pictures of the new couple, Ryouta burst into broken-hearted sobs and refused to talk to us. The lovely Aramat said she would only allow this over her dead body. No son of hers was going to date an abuser like him. (there are an over dramatization of an event that actually didn't happen).

And what of the growing concerns about Xanxus and his violent temper? So far, we've yet to see any evidence of domestic violence, but this reporter only feels it's a matter of time. So now our office has a new bet going. Which of his lovers will end up in the hospital because of him first. I for one hope that it's none of them. I hope they all get a clue and realize that he's not good for them and find healthy relationships with people who aren't just using them for the sex.

[ Though she wouldn't have been wrong. His memories of it are pretty damn clear too, but... Xanxus had promised him they'd have a fresh start, and he wants to believe. ]
