I'm afraid suing isn't really possible. It doesn't quite fit under what one can sue over for defamation- not for celebrities at least. It's accepted as a typical downside to the life.

If they start to make a real profit off of it then I there might be a case there. It's a tricky thing, law and politics.

The best thing fans can do is avoid supporting those who make a profit off of those types of things or those who shame celebrities by having their photographers stalk them.
