Is FoB's "Holy Mother of Bass" going dark?

Since debuting in the summer of 2055, Virgo's latest musical sensation Flowers Over Bones has one the hearts and ears of many. While some criticize the band for having a "busted genre GPS", others adore FoB's ability to keep things fresh and interesting. Of course, in the music business, fantastic sound can only get you so far. If bands can't reach out to their legions of adoring fans, then they can face serious hits.

Fortunately, FoB has always seemed to have it covered especially with the work of lead and bassist Luce. Bearing the nickname as the "Holy Mother of Bass" after a stunning victory in last year's BassOFF, Luce has never had any problems in maintaining an active role in social media and happily interacting with fans when out and about. Befitting of her maternal role in the band and association with the madonna lily, her persona has always been sweet and caring.

Yet heads turned when she made an appearance at Double S's Charity Concert wearing not her usual flowing dresses or white but a purple biker's jacket! While it matched perfectly with the music she was playing (pop rock dedicated to Surviving Friday's Tsuna Sawada), it certainly didn't match with her usual image! Not everyone seemed to think that was a bad thing, however.

"I thought she looked great!" gushed one FoB fan at the concert. "You can only do the flowy dress thing for so long, y'know?"

It's easy to dismiss the appearance as a simple wardrobe change done for a beloved colleague. However, the past few days have seen uncharacteristic radio silence from her. When reached for comment, band manager Angel Ramsay simply said that the musician is hard at work. Could this be a hint at an image makeover, or just a busy musician finally getting swamped?
