The Iron Lady of Cosmic Indulgence has proven herself to have iron nerves, on and off the stage- sources report that the keytarist ran straight in to traffic to save a fan in the path of danger! The events took place just outside Note Worthy, a record store just off Fifth and Edwards, where fans had just begun to flock towards her person when one was pushed straight in to the path of an oncoming vehicle. The crowd may as well have been invisible, with how quickly Gneiss rushed through, immediately homing on the one who surely needed her most!
Though the young fan was unavailable from comment, some of her closest friends can only coo in jealousy. "I can't wait to hear all about it in class!" young Farrah reports, a schoolmate wearing a shirt with Garnet's silhouette. "She's sooooo lucky, I wish I had been the one in the street!"
Another, sporting a hat proudly emblazoned with 'C.I.', had the following to confide: "Libby's not even as big a fan as us. I bet she'll be, now! We're always telling her Cosmic Indulgence is the best, and she'll have to believe us now!"
Miss Libby's family was also unavailable for comment, but we can only agree with her friends; it's hard not to idolize Garnet Gneiss after such a heroic turn of events.
