Questions about Carnies
Junkyard Carnival: Sending musicians to the junkyard?
Wakana Sonozaki, Alec Campion, Fetch Walker, Poe Dameron. What do these names all have in common?
That's right. They're all members of Junkyard Carnival who've vanished without a trace over the last six months, only to be replaced with the band's now trademarked method of stealing musicians from other bands during live shows.
We all ignored it when Hate Kitten spoke out, assuming it to be the bitter lies of a band left behind, but perhaps we should be questioning this. How many more musicians do they need to work their way through before we all ask ourselves: What is truly happening here?
It's not strange for people to go quiet after being dismissed from the Great Two, and we here try to respect their privacy if they don't reply to Industry Conspiraies' messages, but this speaks to something for more insidious. We tried to reach out to original members Alec and Wakana to ask how they felt about the band's success despite the revolving door of new members, after yet another musician heist on the 9th saw them stealing a new guitarist by the name of Ace.
Not only did we get no response, however, but we could find no trace of either member. Perhaps they were simply embarrassed and vanished after leaving, however we could find no signs of Fetch or Poe either. If not for the music they made, it's almost as though they never existed in the first place. We have to wonder; what is it that Junkyard Carnival do with their members when they tire of them? What does this dark trio do, and why do their label clean up after them?
We'll be looking into it, but in the meantime. Ace? Watch your back.
