Speculative Facts and Theoretical Truths

HUE & CRY FOR HELP

by: Lloyd Tab

We all know of Hue & Cry's lead guitarist, Finnick Odair, but as of this Wednesday we could stand to know a little less. His cool and rugged image was shattered by photos flooding in of a rare but revealing venture from his home at Virgo Records. Barely recognizable in shapeless sweatpants and ragged sweatshirt, he looks more like he ought to be panhandling on the street than raking in the millions. In the past, he's been shamelessly indulgent in showing himself off, but this trailer park chic shows that he's completely lost his spark under the pressure, and it doesn't stop with his fashion disasters.

One look and it's evident why he hasn't made many appearances lately--not even celebrity lifestyle can protect from holiday indulgence. Those misshapen clothes do nothing to hide the pounds he's packed on, and his visit to Sweet Rewards show there's no signs of stopping him any time soon. It's a shame he's lost those cheese grater abs, since he'd no doubt love more toppings.

It's truly sad to watch such a drastic fall from grace; one can imagine, with all the vices at a young star's fingertips, gluttony is only the first crack under pressure. Sources tell us Hue & Cry manager Alex Ursa has conferred with rehab specialists and dieticians, but there's no chance for someone who doesn't want help. Sorry, fangirls; take a look at those Ugg boots. It's the footwear of someone who's past the point of no return.
